Puberty is a time of awkward change for most and can be filled with dread or doubt because of what kids don’t know or may have heard that is incorrect. Boys 2 Men is a class designed to help boys begin to talk about puberty and have a basic understanding of what to expect. Join Registered Nurse, Jodi Kaye to help open up communication in a fun and positive way while encouraging boys to establish a comfort level talking about these changes with dad or another trusted adult.

Boys 2 Men is a great beginning course for fathers and sons! The focus of this course is on communication and strengthening the father-son bond through conversation and working together. The activities in this class help fathers and sons to share information and get to know each other even better. Dads and boys work together towards a common goal of opening the lines of communication while learning about hygiene, self care, combatting negative self talk, and the changes associated with puberty. Topics are discussed in a way to show boys that all of these changes are normal and expected.

*If dad is not available, mom is welcome to join.

Ages 9-10 years, one 2.5 hour class

Sunday, April 10th~ 1:00pm-3:30pm

Location: Mountain View Community Center – 8625 E Mountain View Road, Scottsdale

*There is a two week prior to class cancellation policy for all registrations. If you must change your plans within two weeks of scheduled start date, you may use your credit towards another class or another child at a time that works with your schedule. 

*Class is subject to cancellation or change to online up to 1 week prior, as minimum enrollment (10 families) must be met so PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!
