Changing U is a great beginning course for mothers and daughters! The focus of this course is on communication and strengthening the mother-daughter bond through conversation and working together. The activities in this class help mothers and daughters to share information and get to know each other even better. Moms and girls work together towards a common goal of opening the lines of communication while learning about essential topics such as:

• Hygiene
• Age appropriate body changes
• How to communicate with adults/caregivers
• Self confidence
• Body positivity
• Self care
• Combatting negativity
• Consent and body safety (safe vs. unsafe touch)
• The basics of menstruation.

Ages 8-9 years, one 2.5 hour class

Tuesday, October 3rd ~ 6:00pm – 8:30pm

*There is a two week prior to class cancellation policy for all registrations. If you must change your plans within two weeks of scheduled start date, you may use your credit towards another class or another child at a time that works with your schedule. For any refunds processed prior to 2 weeks from start of class, per client request, a 3% credit card service fee will be deducted from the refund total.
