An interactive course, designed for dads of daughters ages 8 to 13 years, to learn all about those girls! In a single class session, dads will better understand and be prepared for the physical and emotional changes associated with puberty and menstruation.

Dads will leave this class with a helpful understanding of what is going on with all of those hormones, and also be prepared with the tools they need and some helpful suggestions of ways to bond with their daughter through this period.

*Remember dads. . .you have a 50/50 shot of exciting changes happening with your daughter on your watch. This class will give you the tools you need to be prepared, helpful, and confident.
